Factjaja has verified an image circulating online and purported to show Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for East African Community Affairs, allegedly airlifted to Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi for treatment.

The claim, shared by widely online including blogger Rita Kaggwa, was captioned: “Former Speaker of the Ugandan Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, airlifted to Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi for treatment after falling ill upon returning from international trips to Morocco and New York.”
Factjaja conducted a forensic analysis of the image using Decopy.ai .The results indicate a 96% likelihood that the image is AI-generated.
(See analysis results here: https://decopy.ai/ai-image-detector/?id=mSi3n5gS80)

In addition, there is no official communication from government institutions and no reporting from credible media houses confirming that Rt. Hon. Kadaga was airlifted or hospitalized as claimed.
Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga is a senior government official and former Speaker of Parliament. Given the high probability of AI manipulation and the absence of verified sources, the claim is false and misleading.
